Stand-up pouches, flat-bottom bags, spout pouches, retort, kraft, mono-material and more — built for pet food, treats, toppers and bulk programs.
Our new green series — mono-PE, paper-first, PCR and plant-film directions with water-based inks, solvent-free lamination, and a clear verification path for every environmental claim. Every claim is documented before it is printed.
From recyclable mono-material structures to PFAS-free design and food-contact documentation, every KindPack Pouch is engineered for the shelf, the bowl, and the planet — so your brand's sustainability story holds up at checkout and in the recycling bin.
Built for FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 food-contact compliance, with seal, barrier, and migration documentation prepared for every project.
Our laminates are engineered without intentionally added "forever chemicals" — aligned with the FDA phase-out and state-level bans across the US.
Mono-PE and mono-PP pouch structures designed for PE recycling streams — high barrier on the shelf, cleaner end-of-life after it.
Low MOQs from 3,000 pcs, plant-based compostable and FSC paper options, and artwork-to-delivery support for Shopify and Amazon launches.
15 proven packaging formats designed for dry kibble, wet food, treats, supplements, and bulk refill programs.

A California DTC brand needed a matte pouch line for four freeze-dried proteins. We delivered windowed stand-up pouches with color-coded SKUs and a resealable zipper that survived direct-to-consumer shipping.

Four protein varieties had to be instantly recognizable on a subscription unboxing video and on an Amazon listing thumbnail, while surviving 3-day parcel transits without crushed corners or stolen freshness.
We engineered a matte-finish stand-up pouch with a product window, color-coded SKU system, high-barrier film to protect delicate freeze-dried pieces, and a heavy-duty resealable zipper tested for repeated DTC handling.
All four SKUs launched in a single production run. Shipping damage dropped 18% versus the previous supplier's bags, repeat-purchase reviews specifically praised the resealable zipper, and the brand re-ordered within 60 days.

A regional pet chain wanted in-store bulk refill stations, but standard large bags split at the seams, the handles failed at 15 kg, and settled dust from kibble transfers clogged their dispensers.
We developed a pallet-stable 15 kg bag with a reinforced handle, an anti-static inner liner for clean dispensing, a degassing valve, and a wide pour spout designed around the chain's existing refill hardware.
The rollout covered 40+ stores in the first phase. In-store packaging waste fell by roughly 40%, refill-station throughput improved, and the chain extended the program to two additional regions the following quarter.
